Welcome to Your Empowerment!

We as a generation of men have entered into an age where we are at odds with everything from the government to each other and even to ourselves. It is time to reclaim ourselves and evolve into beings able to create more happiness and satisfaction with our lives. This is the aim of the Men's Empowerment Network, a personal development institution dedicated to helping guys reach a higher level in Finance, Relationships, Spirituality & Health - the four pillars, we believe, necessary for the development of a balanced, enriched existence.

Financially Empower Yourself.

"Money can't buy you Happiness."

"Money is the root of all Evil."

""Money doesn't grow on Trees."

Ever heard these phrases growing up? Probably more than once and throughout your life. Ever said them yourself?

Despite what your parents may have told you, money IS a key factor in creating greater happiness in your life. But before blaming your parents for all of your monetary woes, understand they too were subjected to the generational conditioning surrounding the mindset and habits of money.

Leading to a Financial Crisis in the United States. Meaning... You are not alone.

Sixty percent of American adults are living paycheck to paycheck and 340 million of us are suffocating in debt.

This financial stress leads not only to anxiety and depression, but snowballs into more serious afflictions such as heart disease, stroke and in extreme cases premature death or suicide.

You deserve more.

Our purpose is to provide the financial education you didn't receive in school and use science-backed methodologies to break those thought patterns and habits to create more financially empowered men.

Build Quality Relationships

"A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become, and still, gently allows you to grow. " -William Shakespeare

From a very early age men are taught to be tough and to suppress emotion, leading to a disconnect in the ability to form quality relationships with others.

Ever felt like you were completely alone in this world? 39% of men feel the same way and that number has been climbing since the pandemic.

Feeling a sense of belonging is an essential pillar in creating a happier, more satisfying life. Not to mention has direct impact on success in other areas.

We strive to empower men to become emotionally cognizant and to use that intelligence to form stronger, deep-rooted connections for more success in building relationships that lead to greater success in love, life and business.

Spirituality, man.

"Spirituality: the art of keeping your internal fire alive."

–Maxime Lagacé

True spirituality is not bound by any religion, but a connection between you and your path in life as it relates to the universe.

Ever feel disconnected from the world around you? Maybe like life lacks a sense of purpose. When life becomes mundane by mindlessly following the same routine day in and day out, it becomes easy to lose yourself.

Only about 25% of adults in the US claim to feel their life serves a definitive purpose even though 73% say that purpose is important.

A true sense of purpose consistently out-ranks money, possessions, relationships and health in life's priority list, while a lack of it leads to the feeling of being stuck in life, boredom and depression.

So, why do so many men seek purpose and yet so few claim to have it?

The answer is a disconnect between the man and himself as he relates to the world around him.

Men's Empowerment Network works to light a fire in men that creates a connection between him and the world around him. We empower him to feel like he has purpose.

Cheers to your Health

"Ill-health of body or of mind, is defeat. Health alone is victory. Let all men, if they can manage it, contrive to be healthy!"

-Thomas Carlyle

The first thing that generally comes to mind when speaking about men's health is his physique. Is he in shape? Are his muscles well defined?

It has only been recently that men's mental health has entered into the conversation. In fact, physical and mental health have a symbiotic relationship.

When a man is suffering from mental unrest his physical health naturally tends to decline and visa versa.

More than 35% of men are considered obese.

12% of men are considered in poor physical health.

77% of men have experienced common mental health issues such as stress, anxiety and depression.

Long-standing stereotypes have lead men to believe it is their responsibility to handle their own problems including their own physical, emotional and mental health. For generations, it has been considered weak for a man to talk about their feelings or even visit the doctor unless they're on the brink of death.

One of our goals is to empower men to take better control over their physical and mental well-being to create a feeling of peace and balance in life.

What We Do?

Men's Empowerment Network is dedicated to providing men with the necessary tools to create more happiness and success in their lives through an array of digital products and coaching programs.
