💥 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙎𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚? 💥
Things in life seem to be going just right.
🙌🏼 Your relationships are filled with love and happiness.
🙌🏼 Your career is moving in a direction that gives you fulfillment & joy.
🙌🏼 Your bank account is growing.
🙌🏼 You’re losing weight and feeling stronger & more confident each day.
In short, you are Freaking Happy! 💪🏼
Then all of a sudden, seemingly without warning, 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 falls to Shit.
🤦🏼 You’re left in a state of shock and bewilderment, wondering where everything went wrong.
You start searching for something to blame. And, of course, there are a dozen excuses ready to go right there in your pocket.
That was the story of my life for many years. Things would be going awesome thenI would find a way to screw it up.
👉🏼 I had the most perfect job that paid well and allowed me to travel the world. Threw it away and blamed the economy and my boss.
👉🏼 I had a loving, respectful relationship with a wonderful person for more than 7 years but eventually found a way to ruin that. I claimed I felt trapped and insignificant in the relationship.
👉🏼 Just when I would get ahead of bills and had a little extra in my pocket, I found a way to wipe that bank account clean and go into debt.
𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘚𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘬 𝘈𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯!
For the longest time, I couldn’t understand why I continued to fall into this vicious cycle of joy & excitement to complete and utter destruction.
So, over the past 2 years, I have been working diligently to figure it out and finally STOP it from happening.
I brought on a therapist, coaches & mentors.
And through some major deep work and action, I came to the understanding that I had a 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬.
I know. It sounds crazy!
🤷🏼♂️ Who would possibly have a fear of success, but when I started reaching out to other guys, I quickly found out this is a trigger that many men experience.
So many men end up sabotaging their personal happiness in relationships, business, finances & health as a result of this diabolical Fear of Success.
A fear that stemmed from 2 places:
- The feeling of not being worthy of happiness.
- The predispositional mindset surrounding success.
The feeling of not being worthy is triggered by a traumatic incident or series of incidents in which someone in your life degraded or belittled you. It could have been a parent, sibling or past relationship.
A predispositional mindset centers around what you were taught as a child. Mainly, how your parents viewed others of success.
These are both deep rooted issues that lead to the 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 and will cause you to continue to self sabotage any success that you have in your life.
It is ingrained in you through mental programming you received and the trauma you endured in childhood and at various moments in your life.
🙋🏼 But there is hope.
Since I have discovered how to completely eliminate the 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 from my life, everything has changed for the better.
🕺 I am creating successful relationships.
🕺 I have successfully tripled my income in the past year.
🕺 I successfully created a healthier and happier lifestyle.
I am creating success in 𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑹𝒀 aspect I deem important.
You are worthy of success & happiness.
But you 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 be willing and able to change your actions and even more importantly change the way you think. You must reprogram your habits and shift your mindset if you want to overcome this Fear of Success and quit Self-Sabotaging.
Hopefully, I can help.
